Known Platform Issues - 2009
The satellite viewer was written in 1999. It's version of java is not well supported on modern machines.
Mac 10.5.6 w/ Firefox 3.0.6 and Java 1.5.0_16:
Simulation does not appear.
Solution:
Scroll down and the simulation will appear.
Mac 10.5.6 w/ Safari 3.2.1 and Java 1.5.0_16:
Simulation does not appear.
Solution:
Shift reload and the simulation sometimes appears. Try scrolling as well.
Cannot toggle to a given system.
Solution:
Try various combinations of toggling, shift reloading, and scrolling. Usually that works!
